If there is one thing I've learned in my dating experience, the one thing all girls want is a man who is confident. If you like her, flirt with her, be nice to her, and ask her out. You might get shot down, but at least you will know for sure how she feels and she will know how you feel. Its better than sitting around, hoping she will start to like you and ask you out, when in reality she'll start dating some other dude because you sat on the sidelines and never made a move.

HUH? you can't make anyone like you. That sounds a but scary/ stalkerish to me. All you can do is be yourself and be honest. I think the best course of action would be to build a friendship with her first and really get to know her before you decide your feelings are real and she is who you want. She will let you know immediately or in time if she feels the same.

You cannot make her like you. That is impossible. However, you can try talking to her and getting to know her and see if she is receptive to dating. Usually a girl will try to be physically close to you if she is interested.
