with that many pus cells, it would still be worthwhile taking treatment for a probable urinary tract infection. Persistent infection can cause growth retardation of the baby

You should have shown this to your obstetrician. What about your Albumin? was it positive? Because if it is, then it surely indicates a kidney disease which should be treated. If it is not treated , it will compromise not only you, but the baby as well. 80 - 100 pus cells is not normal. Consult your doctor,
