THIS IS A VERY GOOD QUESTION,AND HERE'S THE LOGICAL ANSWER:
Adultery and Fornication
What Saith the Scriptures?
"Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body;
but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you...?
therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."
1 Corinthians 6:18-20

I. Although by the corrupt moral standards of today's permissive society premarital
and extramarital sex are considered acceptable and blameless in the eyes of man,
nevertheless, the Word of God clearly declares that God (Who never changes –
Malachi 3:6) considers it sin.
Genesis 20:9 "a great sin"
Genesis 34:7 "which thing ought not to be done"
2 Samuel 13:12
Jeremiah 13:27

1 Corinthians 6:18
2 Corinthians 12:21
II. What is the difference between fornication and adultery?
A. Fornication is the illicit sexual intercourse of unmarried persons.
1 Corinthians 6:9, 18
B. To commit adultery is to have sexual relations with someone other
than one's own spouse (husband or wife).
Jeremiah 29:23; 5:7-8
Proverbs 6:29, 32; etc.
1. The scriptures also consider remarriage after divorce to be adultery.
Matthew 5:32; 19:9
2. Even looking at someone with a lustful heart is adultery.

B. Marriage is God's provision for the release of sexual desire.
1 Corinthians 7:2
Hebrews 13:4
C. Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). If a couple
cannot restrain themselves, Paul said that they should go ahead and
marry (1 Corinthians 7:9, 36-37).
D. Consider the following accounts of fornication in Scripture.
1. Schechem and Dinah
Genesis chapter 34
2. Tamar and Amnon

anger (Numbers 25:1, 3; Ezekiel 16:26; Colossians 3:5-6).
C. God abhors them.
Proverbs 22:14
D. "For this is a heinous crime" (Job 31:1, 9-12), "villainy" (Jeremiah
29:22-23) and filthiness (Revelation 17:4).
E. "They know not the light" but "are in the terrors of the shadow of death"

In the first two examples, no, because God and the adjective “divine” can be used interchangeably. This is a question with an answer from an expert: Q: “Why does Edgar J. Goodspeed's An American Translation translate John 1:1 as ‘In the beginning the Word existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was divine.’? Is this an incorrect translation of John 1:1? A: No, it is just a different way of saying the same thing. Whether one says that Jesus ‘was’ or that he ‘existed’ is really saying the same thing. The Greek verb means both things. And saying that Jesus ‘was God’ or that he ‘was divine’ is saying the same thing. In this latter case, the Greek word is theos which means ‘God’, but the adjective divine when used of a person does say that he is God.” According to Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words, which the Watchtower has quoted as authority in other areas, under the heading “DIVINE”: “THEIOS…is used of the power of God, 2 Pet. 1:3, and of His nature, ver. 4, in each place, as that which proceeds from Himself. In Acts 17:29 it is used as a noun with the definite article to denote “the Godhead,” the Deity (i.e., the one true God).” However, in the last example concerning the Emphatic Diaglott, the answer is a resounding yes! The publisher of that particular translation (Benjamin Wilson) was a member of the Christadelphian cult. According to Professor Edmond Charles Gruss of the Master’s College in southern California, “Wilson was self-educated; his work shows that he certainly was not a scholar. Neither did he have the respect of those who were scholars. Obviously, his purpose was not to translate, BUT TO JUSTIFY HIS THEOLOGICAL VIEWS…. It may be concluded, then, that the Emphatic Diaglott was adopted because of its Christadelphian bias which agreed almost perfectly with the new Russellite group that was forming. The Russellites accepted the renderings of Wilson, for they did not have the linguistic ability either to evaluate or to determine their correctness, nor did they wish to question that which so perfectly supported their theories….” Hannah, if you really want to investigate the honesty of the WTBTS in translating John 1:1, all you have to do is look at your own Kingdom Interlinear Translation. On the Greek side it says, “In beginning was the Word, and the Word was towards the God, and GOD WAS THE WORD.” Further, all this arguing over the end of this verse causes people to ignore the beginning: “IN THE BEGINNING WAS,” which is restated in 1 John 1: “That which was from the beginning.” Jesus was there FROM the beginning of all things. The verse does not say, “In the beginning came to be the Word.” Jesus was, He is, and He will be, because He is the great I AM.

God's rules are always there for our protection...can you just IMAGINE what it would be like in today's society if there was no premarital sex, and everyone was faithful to their spouses? The strip joints would shut down, as would many of the bars, probably, lawyers would have to start chasing ambulances once again, (no divorces), and our hospitals wouldn't be so overcrowded with people dying of AIDS and other STDS!

The holy Spirit convicts me when I sin, and I have sense enough to know what Gods word says and does not say.
You need to quit worrying about others and let God and the Holy Spirit guide you. If you are saved.

It depends on your definition of fornication. By your definition, the bible doesn't say you cant have sex. Other people think fornication means sex outside of marriage - meaning before you get married too.
Just be safe :)

The true answer is power. That's all, power. By re-routing their beliefs into the ancient texts that people ironically used to inject their beliefs do they become "speakers of the truth" and gain power through money and manipulation.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20 & 1 Corinthians 7:1-2
"Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband."
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and He is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband" (Ephesians 5:21-33).
if you look right above it says "For this Cause shall a man leave his father and mother and shall be joined unto his wife and they two shall be one flesh!"
"Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God"(Romans 7:4).
worry about nothing, pray about everything and love everyone as Christ loves you
