Will a lighter color hair rinse work for bleached hair?

I am african american and my natural hair color is blackish brown. I have bleached my hair twice within the past 2 years. the 1st time I got copper streaks that didn't show up that well. The 2nd time I got a light brown base color with honey blond streaks over it. My color has grown out a lot so I want to color it again, but with a rinse because I dont want to bleach my hair anymore. Will a dark blonde rinse show up on my hair since it has been bleached before?
