Drink some milk, and lay on your left side with your head elevated for a little while maybe while you are on break, other than that ask an older woman if she has any tums or rolaids. Having a baby changes your body, and any woman who has given birth knows this, that's why I suggested asking an older woman. We usually keep anti-acids in our purse. Sorry your tummy hurts.

Hot tea, especially peppermint works. Contrary to common thought ANY pop will help. Tums are better than Maalox because Maalox contains metals which cause constipation.

You may have heartburn. My family growing up whenever someone had heartburn, they took Maalox. Perhaps you just have an upset stomach? Drink some type of Sprite or 7UP soda. That might help. Sorry you feel sick. Hope you feel better soon...
