Hi! I'm the mother of identical twins so I've actually heard this question before.
1. Identical twins have identical DNA. So, if a set of female identical twins married a set of male identical twins their offspring would GENETICALLY/biologically be brothers/sisters.
2. Legally/emotionally the resulting offspring would be first cousins.
3. I have a friend who is an identical twin who said she and her sister always used to want to marry identical twins. You might want to check out http://www.twinstuff.com/twinswithtwins.htm for a cool story about twins marrying twins.

Genetically, yes. The DNA of identical twins is the same so if female identical twins marry male identical twins if their children were to be DNA tested they would have the same genetic makeup regardless of them being twins, a boy, or a girl. It's a genetic oddity due to the fact that they have identical DNA.
Technically, they'd be considered double cousins though. I'm sure you knew that though considering the question.
Here's an interesting site about twins marrying twins.http://www.twinstuff.com/twinswithtwins.htm

sure they might. A and B have comparable DNA, its purely expressed in a diverse way, and the comparable is going for a and b. If A married a, then the genetic make up of the mothers and fathers may be the comparable as though A married b. The random determination of genes, besides as crossovers throughout the time of meiosis might resut in geneticallly diverse offspring, yet for all intents and purposes the youngsters may be genetic siblings, and criminal cousins. apparently, there is likewise an extra effective probability of comparable twins being produced in view that monozygotic (comparable) twins is carried in the male line.

ok, let's think this out...
Twin Male1 marries Twin Female 1 and has children, Boy and Girl.
Boy and Girl are siblings.
Twin Male2 marries Twin Female 2 and has children, boy and girl.
boy and girl are siblings.
Boy and Girl are first cousins to boy and girl
Chances are good, though that all cousins would look a great deal alike and have many genetic similarities.

ok, here's the deal! I have twins and I married a twin. Identical twins have the same DNA. NO DIFFERENCES!!! When my twins were born, their uncles DNA matched theirs perfectly! It one of those which came first, evolution or Adam and eve. It is GENETICALLY possible but not logically possible!
