Heh... well I cant say I no for sure but thats a good point. Even if he wasnt nagging about her being barren, I know many girls who'd say they love men, until they speak.

My wife would probably be pleased if I was struck dumb and lost both legs and hands. It would be difficult for me to snivel and she would know where I was at all times. She wouldn't have to worry that I would go out and buy another motorcycle.

I don't think she thought about what other people said about her. She was too overjoyed that her son would become the man he was, and that Mary visited her and told her about Jesus. It was a precious story.
