why are people still asking about "lotteries" they've won? shouldn't hey know it's a scam by now? sheesh!!!!

i swear, you would the average human being would have enough sense to know that they cannot possibly win a lottery, or anything for that matter, if they haven't in some way entered or participated. why would someone believe that some "lotto" esp. one overseas, would pay them anything? wouldn't common sense tell you that if you really win something, you've won it, and the only thing you have to do is give your name and proof of your entry? some people reallllllly need to wake up and smell the coffee. here's some rules to go by:

If you've never heard of the lottery, it probably isn't legit

if they are telling you to pay them something in order to receive your "prize," then it's a scam

if you never entered it, or don't remember entering it, then come on!

if they are telling you to depost it into your bank account, or do anything other than verify who you are before they give you your prize, it is a scam

if you don't feel right about it, then do some investigating 1st

not sure this isnt so much a question as it is information , well thank you for helping people who havent realized theres several billion people on this wretched planet and the odds of them winning are slim to none

preach it! it drove me nuts. its like s t fu already and just google lottery smacs or even search it in the questions since its literally been asked 1,000 times already. just pure laziness. takes up so much in this category. IdiotS!
