Brain... it's just the movement and rolls of acid in the stomach makes the feeling in the heart, so people associate that feeling of being in love, all happy and butterflies in stomach with the heart.

Brain! It is a chemical reaction - endorphins all the way - sex, chocolate and a good wine will do the same thing - and none of them will disappoint you.
Kidding aside - it is a chemical reaction in the brain. Pulse quickens, pupils dilate, blood vessels open and whooshes your in love - there is a lot to say for pheromones from the other person too (a smell - your brain picks up - not your nose so much) and that is what it is.
But as a romantic myself - I like to think it is a heart matter - even though I know better.

the feeling of love definitely comes from the heart.

do you know that the heart is formed before the brain does?

therefore the heart is not entirely dependant on the brain. and embroys still can survive in the womb. and the heart is not just one big pack of muscles. when u feeel love, ur heart pumps faster. because it gets excited. then ur brain reacts to it making u hug the person and so on.

Everything is a cognitive process. It's not a question of whether it's the heart or the brain, it's your mind. The mind is textured by personal experiences, expectations, needs and desires. One allows themselves to feel "love" for another individual based on these factors. But a person who lack a sense of high self-worth and dysfunctional experiences feels"love" as a means to feel complete or define themselves for what is lacking rather than creating a union that reciprocally enhances two persons in a union.

It feels like it's the heart but really all your heart does is pump your blood. The nerves in your brain are what cause emotions (that along with hormones). So, the brain.

heart is for reals the symbol for love....but actually it comes from our brain..it's called "hypothalamus".
We say it's from our hearts because we can feel our hearts beating. Heart is use to pump our blood and when we're inlove..or you know when we're exhausted..it's pumping faster than the normal way.
So we know we're inlove if it's beating fast or you can just feel very different because of that person. Our heart is reacting because of the part of our brain which is again called hypothalamus.

Probably the brain, since the heart primarily deals with getting blood to your body.... I mean, it helps that the heart sends blood to your brain... and without blood in your brain, you'd be dead... but I think feelings initiate in the brain.

It should equally come from both. Because they are essential to each other. It's not good to go from just the brains or just the heart when it comes to love, because then it would not be congruent.
