Luncheon Loaf
*******************
Here's a quick (20 minute) Mustard Bread for 6+ people.
1 loaf (soft) Italian bread
1 (8 slice) package "REAL" Swiss cheese
8 ounces favorite mustard
1/2 cup (1 stick) real butter

Melt butter over low flame in a 1 cup Pyrex measuring cup. Just before it boils, squeeze in
mustard to fill measuring cup. Stir vigorously while the butter cools and blends in smoothly.
Slice Italian bread into 10 to 12 (1-inch thick) pieces, but not completely through. Liberally brush
each side of the sliced bread with 2 strokes of the mustard. Cut package of Swiss cheese in half
and slide a piece between each slice of bread. Cover in foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until
the cheese gets soft. If you like bacon, top with 6 uncooked bacon slices before cooking.

French Fries, Chips or Puri. Ingredients
1/2 cup ghee
2 cups chapatty flour
some water
vegetable oil

Directions
Rub the ghee into the flour and then make a chapatty-like
dough by adding water.
Break off 1-inch pieces and roll out to 5-inch discs.
Heat the oil and drop in the pun carefully to avoid creasing it.
If the oil is the right temperature the puri will immediately
puff up into a ball and float to the surface. When it does this
you should push it underneath until il is crisp on both sides.
Lift it out, drain off excess oil and store in in a warm dish

Well with Tea eh? I would have to say the easiest thing to serve with tea is fruit wedges, IE: Lemons, oranges, apples, grapes, maybe a couple different melons, you can get a pre-made fruit platter at your local grocer for under Ten bucks that will serve about 8 people with about 3/4 of a cup sized servings each! Happy Turkey Day!
