You need to see a Doc, it could be anything from a heart attack to your appendix.
Get a professional to look at you.

Everyone can get medical care, especially if you can't afford it. Call someone you know and ask them to help you to go to the local hospital emergency room, and tell them that you think something is wrong with you.and that you need to see a doctor They will take care of you and they will give you instructions to be able to see a doctor regularly.

Sounds like you have a lot of stress. Is that part of the problem? I don't know what is going on with the knee---are you overweight? Aren't we all? This can cause a problems biochemically in the joints, or maybe you just hurt it?

The rest sounds like stress. if you need some help getting to sleep, try an antihistimine (benedryl) or two and a warm bath and drink some warm milk for a night and get some good quality sleep. Get rested. Take a walk in the park and get away from it all for a while. Are you drinking enough water? Are you using fiber every day? I like Benefiber. Are you taking vitamins? You need to take a basic multi vitamin everyday. Don't drink alcohol. No junk food. No sweets. When was the last time you went on vacation for a week or a weekend? Go to a movie on your own, anything to get away for awhile.

Most important -- A quick visit to the doctor would probably solve a lot of these health problems and you will feel a lot better.

Best wishes to you and I hope you feel better soon. You have a lot to look forward to.

Hi Ashley. You have the kinds of symptoms that rarely are caused by a specific disease. It is more likely that you have multiple problems with diet/nutritional imbalances (vitamin/mineral deficiencies, essential fatty acid deficiencies/excesses, food intolerances/allergies, etc.) coupled with chemical/environmental toxicities (such as heavy metal poisoning from lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, etc.) and possibly imbalances in the microflora living in your gut (a condition called Intestinal Dysbiosis).

Since you believe you cannot afford professional help (and frankly, you would need to find a specialist in environmental medicine or functional medicine to likely get any effective help), I would like to suggest a couple of books by Sherry Rogers, M.D. The books are available at Amazon.com or from her publisher at 1-800-846-6687.

The first book is called: "No More Heartburn". In spite of the title, this book is all about the problems (like food allergies and intestinal dysbiosis) that can develop in the gut which, in turn, cause a myriad of hard to explain symptoms throughout the body.

The second book is called: "Detoxify or Die". In this book Dr. Rogers explains the many common types of chemical and environmental toxicities that can poison the body. In both books she explains how to identify and fix these problems.

I highly recommend both books. Best wishes and good luck.
