i know all about the perfect diets. i know the best exercise to lose weight. i have done them all. and they work. tried and tested, you may say. but lately, for the past two months, i have been sabotaging myself and my body big time. endlessly snacking on junk foods and snacks. and eating way past time. that i have gained weight! i look so yucky! this is stressing me out and cutting my self-confidence big time. what the heck is happening?

the only way to stop this is to STOP IT. nobody can do it for you, i'm sorry to say. just stop snacking and remember your goals. k?

The problem with going on a diet is that this period of eating well comes to an end.

I lost a lot of weight by changing my diet permanently. I avoid bad carbs. Other than that I eat normally. I never count calories. You might investigate foods with a low glycemic index. The article below presents a balanced discussion of this new way of eating.
