with a sore right shoulder what could be the cause

Unless you were a star in Aliens, I suggest heading for the Hospital/Doctors for tests ASAP. If you were a star in Aliens, then there's no real way to stop it hatching. I suggest jumping into a big fire!

Sounds like you slept on the arm. If you're not dead in a few days, you'll be ok. Do a search for heart attack symptoms, so you will know what to expect. Then get to the emergency room if you are having symptoms.

Could be from sleeping on your arm.
However, if you're not feeling "right" - you know when there's something a little off - go see a doctor and have it checked out.

well it is call numbness were your curcliation goes to sleep
because that has happend with me & my foot some times
and that could lead into slight feeling of pinched nerves get
to hospital right away for an E.K.Gcheck upon heart only

up.....because any grown person usually Knows it's symptoms
of heart trouble or heart attack.
