I have dyed black hair. I'd like to bleach it out and dye it pink or something. Just like, the bottom half. Umm... so good, safe, easy to use bleach and where to get it. KThnxx!

Dyed black hair is almost impossible to bleach through. Your hair can actually soften and dissolve before you get the color out. I would not touch it myself but have a professional look at it and take care of you. It's too easy to have a disaster that even the pros can't fix.

Don't bleach your hair yourself. If you are set on bleaching it then go to a hair dresser. Bleach is so hard on your hair that you need somebody who knows what they are doing.

i agree that there its never safe to bleach ur hair but the best thing ive come across for highlights at least is this revlon bleaching kit made for light and dark brown hair, you could try that, u can find it in CVS.

no bleach is good for your hair.... but i would go to sallys and ask them for their strongest bleach. but you might have to bleach it more than once to get all of the color out. i would be careful about it because bleach willlllll fry your hair and can cause it to break off.

bleach is never good for the hair...you really have to take care of it or you will have split ends for days.
I suggest getting some pink hair pieces, and you keep your beautiful locks.

I don't think there's anything that can safely bleach hair. Why don't you try semi-permanent to non-permanent hair dye or colored pomade.
