NO!! I naturally have jet black hair and hazel eyes, and i never thought of my eyes as anything really exceptional. Then I decided to take my black hair down a few shades to a deep burgundy/red and my eyes instantly became a hazel green. This winter I went back to black, and my eyes appear darker.

I don't believe it will. Dying your hair that dark can give a harsh appearance. Why not reviatlize it by going back to near your original color and then have the color enriiched a shade or two with a few lighter highlights around the face to accent your eyes. Also, it is not just the color that plays up or compliments the eyes but the cut is very important.

NO! Do not dye your hair black. Once you go black, you can't go back. It's hard to undo it if you hate it, and it will highlight skin flaws. Black hair draws attention to your face. Even if your face is beautiful, black hair will stress things everyone has and gets: discoloration, pimples, some freckles, dark circles, and blotchy skin. Look at pictures of Lindsay Lohan before she dyed her hair black, and pictures of Charlize theron with black hair for proof. If you still want black hair, try on a wig first. My sister did, and it saved her from a very bad hair decision.

I think dark hair emphasizes color, whether blue to green. Go for jet black and if you don't like it, dye it back to red brown.

Good luck! It'll be nice for the wintertime!

Depends on everything: eye size/shape, skin color, face shape...
Hair color isn't good for you, anyway.
And what about those roots?! To me, hair color is REALLY permanent because you have to keep touching up those roots unless you want to be a fashion disaster, thus NEVER letting you return to your normal hair color.
Why don't you try one of those temporary colorings? You can judge for yourself.

No. Making your hair darker will only make your face look plainer..If your hair was a lighter color then maybe or try pulling your hair back to put more emphasis on your face.
