how too train??

Question

we recently got a new dog from the shelter and on the way home he got car sick!! well a few days later we took him to pet smart and he got car sick again. is there anyway to prevent this?? is this just his nerves or what?? we need to take him to our vet soon for a check up and to get his records straight, but we are afraid he will get sick again any suggestions will be greatly appreciated because i really wanted a dog that liked to go for rides with me!!!!

It's probably nerves, the movement of the car and not unusual. don't give up. Pups get upset easily. Try not feeding the pup anytime before going for a ride. Just like a kid their tummys get upset. Also, you can give dramamine. I had to give it to my dog every time she went to the vet or she lost control of her bowels, yeah, awful. The vet told me to try it and it is marvelous. She was a different dog. Very relaxed and enjoyed being out. So, call the local vet and ask how to dose it, it's by weight,that I do know. Good luck.

ok most pound dog ,are feed on a diet of cheap dog food, as for the sick ness you may have upset his diet,with good food, he may never get over travel sickness, ok ,but what ive found ,in the past ,is i leave a dog in the car , for say ten mins,let him get used to the car ,first,then start the car ,then tommorrow ,take him for a short ride ,i bet he wont be so upset about traveling good luck

and ask for gutwein kennels tell them the lopezs who bought chico
told you bout them but they take dogs for 2 years and they teach them loving,compashion,intelligent and loyal protection,i swerd to god...i'm not lying um its 300.00 evrey week but it a good cost the address if you live some where near gibsonburg ohio is 305E.Stone St.you canprobly gogo o n the internet and look it up and contact them on the computer...good luck!
