i used to feel like that all the time to. You need to force yourself to get outsite and take a walk or do something outdoors that you enjoy. I had a period of depression because I felt like I had no friends and no one to care for me. I got over that by calling up some people I have not talked to in a while and talk or hang out or something like that. Believe me it helps, no one likes being alone.

Depession is a real illness. If you can, please get out of bed and go to a doctor. If you don't think you can do this by yourself, call a friend or family member you trust and see if they can help you out.
Depression can make you feel hopeless and unmotivated. It's debilitating emotionally. I know it's terrible, I was in the same ordeal for 3 years. Once you make the change and seek medical help, you will see that things can be different.
If you cannot afford to go to a doctor, try getting some exercise each day so that your mind and body can stay active, even if it is just going outside to check the mail. If you can't leave the house, try to pick up things around the house and just be a little active. Start slow. Best of luck to you!!! If you are on medication (any of them with the exception of Stratera) you will gain weight. and possibly have some hair loss, liver failure, or with some of the more schizophrenic specific types of drugs, you eventually get a disease that causes your tongue to thrust out of your mouth uncontrollably over time...
Nice huh... I'd rather go for therapy and find out what is wrong with me, not just medicate myself half to death and make it worse!

You definitely need to force yourself to do some physical activity. There is never going to be any relief just sitting in it, it just sort of settles in whereas some fresh air in your lungs and movement can give you a bit more clarity.
