Run every morning BEFORE breakfast. Drink lots of water and cut down on carbs (pastas, breads, rice). Working out before breakfast is 4 times better than working out in the evening.

I lost 27 pounds in a month on a no diet weight loss plan, so it is possible for those of us with hetic schedules. As far as the eating habit, I didn't skip meals or buy special foods, I just pretty much still ate what I always have eaten (not always healthy mind you). Best of luck in getting there and I know YOU can

Eat all 3 meals at proper intervals. Make sure you eat lots GREENS .... LOTS!!!!!!! Stick to proteins and veggies with your meals, never include bread. Carbs (bread, pasta, spuds & rice) should not be mixed with proteins ... therefore meat and potatoes is NOT a good choice. Meat and carrots, salad, corn, brown rice ... anything except bread and potatoes with meals. Stay away from deep fried EVERYTHING!!!!! However, don't buy low fat this and that, you'll just end up eating more of it. 1% milk is always a good switch over as well! If you eat bread, make it whole wheat or better yet ... 12 grain! Don't deny yourself the OCCASIONAL desert, denying yourself completely is no good either.
Most importantly be active, you NEED to have 30-40 minutes of cardio and resistance training 3-5 days a week.

Cardio + Light weight training + Proper Diet = Goal
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine. Suggest eating veggies, fruits, and proteins. Stay away from junk food, fried food, and anything else that you feel is bad for you.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season. Also consume protein because both fruits and protein can fill you up and it makes your stomach seem like its full.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal. That means eat 5-6 meals a day instead of 3 huge meals a day.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity ( Cardio )
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.
*Weight training ( Light 5 to 10 lbs )
buy some dumbells that are 5-10 lbs and do some exercises with them. Search google: Dumbell exercises and you will see a bunch of useful links along with pictures and description on how to do it. When gaining weight but your doing everything correctly and see changes in your shape, that means you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so dont be alarmed when that happens. You can workout in front of the TV and watch your favorite episode of whatever and it will make time go by faster
The website below has many different exercises listed and it has pictures to go along to show you how its properly done

Best of luck to you.
*Keep in mind that genetics might play a role in determining your height, weight, and other things as well

It is possible. Go walking everyday at your own pace, then slowly but surley you will start to go faster. Try to eat healthy foods, and stay away from fast food and the fatty foods. Get at least 15 to 20 minute workout EVERYDAY. Get enough sleep, and try to find some sort of diet/fasting that is right for you.

I lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks by cutting out unhealthy carbs and exercising twice a day. I still ate fruit for breakfast and included healthy carbs (in moderation) but that's it. I exercised morning and night. I couldn't keep it up but it works if you are trying to lose weight fast.

eat plenty times a day but in small amounts. avoid fatty foods like butter, pastries, chocolates and oily foods. avoid also sugar..(sodas, candies, etc.) don't eat too much carbs (breads, rice, noodles) drink lots and lots of water and run at least 30 mins every other day if you hyave time.. walk instead of taking a cab, use the stairs instead of elevator, etc.
eat healthy foods. like fruits and greens. but don't forget to eat at least small amount of carbs and meats because you still need them in your diet.
as to whether it's possible, i'm not sure... at least aim for 10 to 15 pounds wieght loss in a month.
good luck!

Remove grains from your diet. Don't remove fats however (except trans fat). Exercise, however it does not matter what time of the day you exercise which has recently been proven, it still burns the same amount of calories. Drink a lot of water, and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

20 pounds in 2 months is healthier.. you should lose about 2 pounds a week... excercise more and eat healthier, cut down on the stuff you usually eat that's bad, and you should lose 2 pounds a week pretty easily.
