I have not been able to eat much in the last 12 days. I have ate like 4 fruit cups, 2 bowls of cereal, a hand ful of popcorn and a hotdog, most of which did not stay down. I have ate nothing for the past 3 days. I have diarrhea, like everytime I got to the bathroom I have it and I don't even feel like I have to do that. I also am having my period and I should not be as I am on birth control and it is always regular. I am pretty stressed out. I do not have any insurance and no money to go to the regular doctor. No i cannot get insurance throught the assistance office.

Go to the emergency room of a local hospital and stay there until someone sees you. Your symptoms sound sufficiently serious that a staff doctor will see and examine you, take your medical history and probably do some diagnostic tests and prescribe medicins if required. Be polite but quietly insistant. If they refuse to see tell them nicely that you will not leave until you are examined by a competant medical practitioner. Tell them that you think you are seriously ill. (this need not be strictly true but how are to know). Also, quietly let them know that you will telephone the local newspapers if indeed they cakl security or the police. Do not fight nor get angry but be quietly persistant and stand (sit?) firm..
Good luck.

You need to see the doctor before you get dehydrated and before you electrolytes get out of whack from the diarrhea. Go to urgent care and get this checked out. You cannot be refused medical treatment just because you don't have insurance. If you can afford the birth control tablets and the alcohol as well as soda and popcorn then you can afford to at least get checked out by a doctor.
