I cannot think of anything positive that has been produced from pride

I wouldn't say pride is a sin, but if left unchecked can definitely lead to sin. In fact I believe much of the sin in the world today originates from pride. Pride started wars, leads to jealousy, murders, anger besides the fact that being proud is fundamentally derisive to a walk with Christ.

In a sense because it is one thing that keeps us from understanding God. IF one thinks they know more than God or His pure representative that is a sin. OR if one is prideful when Truth stands before them and they think they know better that is a sin. One must humble them self before God and not be puffed up with false pride.

Proverbs 16:18
Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

Depends on the kind of pride you're talking about. Pride that keeps you from humbling yourself, yes...that's a sin.
Then again, humble pride in a good job, no.
We have to remember that it's not just one sin that keeps us from God. Pride can be just one of many.

when pride interferes with the path that God has for you then yes. Too much Pride has a way of making people act foolish and self-righteous.
