First of all, STOP being so hard on yourself...5"5 and 120 ib is not at all fat! I have been dealing with weight issues all my life, I weight alot more than you, and I am shorter than you! Your feelings towards your body seem to be really stressing you out, and that is not healthy, mentally or physically! Maybe you need to talk to someone about how you feel...I bet you are really critical of how you look, you should be proud that you exercise, lots of folks don't do enough of that..but it's not really beneficial to diet all day and then binge later on...why not concentrate on just eating healthy all day, and try not to be so strict with your eating and then you will be less likely to binge...also going all day being underfed is probably really tough on your nerves and energy level...just take care of yourself and be good to yourself, you are nowhere near fat!

I know what it is like to struggle with an eating disorder and to tell one of us to stop and just go get help is easier said than done. It isnt like we enjoy obsessing about food and the affects it will have on us. So my suggestion to you is simply this at 5'5'' you can gain an additioinal ten pounds and be perfectly healthy and not fat. It does more harm to your body to be underwieght and if you are purging then honey that opens up a whole new mess. I wouldnt focus on losing more weight focus on maintaining. let yourself enjoy a cupcake or a cookie it is ok perfectly ok. Because when you starve your body or binge and purge your body is desperate for the healthy fat it needs that it takes what it can frrom whatever you eat. My piont is to let yourself just enjoy food. The right portions and moderate excersize will keep you where you are weight wise....trust me on this one.

You burned of almost 2,500 calories and you took in maybe 1,500 calories. I can see a problem here, you over exercise and probably don't eat for hours and then end up binging. If you exercise in moderation and eat properly in the first place, you won't have this problem.

As you can see, it is unlikely you will gain any weight from your little binge session, considering you still burnt off more calories than you consumed.

And 5ft5 and 120lb is hardly fat! Please........*rolls eyes*............

Chill out...relax...take a breath for cryin' out loud. You sound as if you're at a healthy weight, and I'll bet your bootie is nice. Seriously, just don't binge...you're working out, are you seeing the results you want??

You're NOT stupid. Do me a favor and don't call yourself that. There are enough TRULY stupid people in this world, don't associate with them unnecessarily.

And smile...guys like women with some meat on their bones.

I'm sorry, but if you're 5' 5", 120 pounds, and think you're fat... you may be at risk for anorexia.

You can die from trying to be too thin -- Orson Welles lived longer than Karen Carpenter. (Look them both up; Orson Welles was a famous overweight film director who lived to 70; Karen Carpenter was an anorexic singer who died in her 30s due to complications from her anorexia.)

Moderation in all things... including moderation. :-)

You're not a big fat ***. At 5'5", 120lbs, you're well within your weight. If you're so concerned about how people perceive you, you got other mental issues. Seek help. I do admire your workout ethic though, I wish I can burn calories like that.
