Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

If your problem is that you think too much I have an idea. It takes a bit of willpower, but it works for me. Try to visualize numbers in your head in as much detail as possible. If you force your mind to focus on creating the numbers in your head, you will not be thinking about your problems or things you need to do tomorrow. It takes some practice, but it really works.

Same night time schedule each evening, bed around the same time, no t.v., books, computer etc. in bedroom

Arise at the same time, stop caffeine mid-day, watch what you eat and drink in the evening, alcohol is not a sedative, and exercise should not be done later in the day...

Use good common sense, and stay in the moment. . .

I heard that after bathing, you can rub some sea salt on your whole body and after about five to ten minutes, rinse off the sea salt. You can feel relax and you can sleep soundly after the bath.

I get p...walk around and drink some water....It drives me crazy. I'll go back to bed....get up again...do the same thing. Finally, I get to sleep - usually about the time it's time to get up.
