not after 4 yrs ,,,,tattoos tend to spread and blur after time anyway, the finer the line and smaller the detail the more they do it, but not scrubbing.

Not unless you're scrubbing so hard your skin is peeling off and bleeding. Tattoo's are going to change and lighten up over time, I've had mine over 4 years and the one I've got on my leg need's to be touched up and in one part it does sort of look 'blurred'.

It shouldn't cause any blurring, since the ink is sandwhiched between layers of your skin. One of the biggest causes of tattoos fading or blurring is over exposure to sunlight. Make sure you keep some high SPF sunblock on your tattoo when in the sun.

my dad has a tattoo that he's had over 30 years and it is kinda blurry a little. but well I suppose that depends on what your scrubbing it with, if it's not a piece of sandpaper or S.O.S. pad I don't think it would.

...it is caused by the tattoo artist going in too deep and if the tattoo gun/needles do not go into the skin at the correct angle!!!

No not if it's dried into your skin.(I don't have a tattoo) but,I do know that if you have a tatto that hasn't dried and healed it'll hurt for sure if you rub it.
