The more fresh fruits and veggies, the better. You also need whole grains and a source for protien, legumes are great for protien. Fish should be included. And don't forget the dairy.

I could,but who can afford them!
We get a variety of fruit if i find some marked down & fresh veggies also,but if i bought them by the lb.,we would starve the rest of the time!
