Buy pre-made cookie dough which you can find in the 'cooler' of a market. Put it on a large cookie sheet or pizza pan, which would actually be better but not everyone has them, and flatten to about 1" high. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 - 60 minutes, but check on it. It should be browned a bit but definitely not burned OR undercooked. After it's completely cooled, wrap in plastic wrap, bubble paper and then a box similar to a pizza box. :o) Someone is going to love it!

I forget the name, but look up the cookie factory that might be it.
I use to see it being sold at the malls and with brocures that said that they delivered for special occasions. below, I think I found it.

It's probably just as easy to make 1 yourself...instead of making normal ones...make 1 big 1. U could be done in 1hr or so....be carefun when u ship it out... :)

You could always MAKE one. Not only would it be a prefect present... but it will mean more, since you did it yourself.
