You are talking about Turkey a la King.
Just chop up your leftover turkey meat & put it in a skillet with some butter.Saute it u8ntil it is well coated & heated through.(salt & pepper added of course!)
Put some flour(tbsp or so)in the meat & butter & mix it intil all the flour is saturated.Put about a half box of frozen peas & carrots in there & a cup & half of milk.
Stir it over a medium heat until the veggies are tender as you like & sauce is thickened.
I saute onion & garlic with my turkey meat,if you like that.

creamed gravy is used. you can make you're own. use flour and juice from baked turkey or chicken broth put liquid in pot, put some broth or juice about 2 cups to a boil. shake some juice and 1/4 cup flour in a shaker of some sort. poor slowly while stirring, this will make your gravy. if too thick add some water. but keep stirring all the time so no lumps occur. if too thin make another shaker of broth and flour. use spices and taste before serving. i'm making this tomorrow. good luck. if you do want the easy way out, by some jar gravy. they have some good ones out there. or get pkged gravy need more than 1. follow directions
