Been with this guy for about two months, never had the whole "are we boyfriend/girlfriend" conversation......we hang out all the time, do everything a couple would do, but how do I know if he considers me his girlfriend or not???? Without just flat out asking of course, I know I could do that!!!!!!! But if he doesnt want a SERIOUS thing, then me asking that could scare him off!!!!!!! totally confused.....HELP HELP

Just on day when yall are talkling kinda flirty like just ask him something like, So do you have a girlfriend and if he says yes just play alone with it. and ask him how do she look and if he describe you then there you go but if he dont describe you but he laughs while responding then laugh back amd keep playing alone until you get your answer. Make a kind of fun game out of it without making it obvious that you are asking and see where it goes.

Give it time... two months is hardly any time at all to build a serious, lasting relationship.
I would just assume that you are boyfriend/girlfriend, if he has taken you out on dates, and "done everything a couple would do", which i assume means sex. If you let him go that far, you must have some idea as to whether you're boyfriend and girlfriend, I would have thought. So, why you asking us?

I would ask him where he sees your and his relationship in the future if he thinks of you as a friend or a girlfriend those are both relationships.

Have some friend ask him while you're not around if he has a girlfriend yet. Don't let him know you are the one that sent him/her.

if you are acting like BF/GF, but you don't want to ask if you are - then you aren't and you are likely doomed in this relationship. Solid relationships require communication and if you can't communicate or you are afraid to then you need to reevaluate. The only way to get unconfused - is to talk with him.

because as you said you may scare him off
If he really likes you he will soon tell you
he may be worried you may say no & reject him
a lot of guys are scaredy cats so to speak because they dont like rejection
