There is plenty of proof, just not what you are looking for.

Wow, I was talking with some friends from church recently about this. I also had this feeling deep inside, "what if God didnt exist?" We talked for hours, debating on facts. Our conclusion: Yes, God exists. I'll try to give you some insight on what we went over.

Ok, let's not get too complicated and just give an everyday example. Suppose you got home today, and there was this beautiful chocolate cake with icing and everything, on top of ur table. Now, we have 2 theories of where that cake came from:

1) There was an HEB truck this afternoon going by ur house, and all of a sudden, a car hit it at 70mph, and the truck rolled over violently. There were eggs, flour, all sorts of stuff in the truck, and they all got mixed up in the crash, and the truck caught on fire, and the extreme heat baked all that stuff, and as the truck continued to roll on the street, the stuff flew through ur window and miraculously landed on ur table.

2) Someone who knew how to bake a chocolate cake, went there and did it, and then put it on top of ur table for you.

Which one makes more sense? If you answered #2, good! Then God created the Earth and everything in it. If you prefer to believe in an absurd and very creative theory called "the big bang", in which somehow gases mixed up, just in the right proportion, and then everything exploded and the earth was formed ... my friend, you have a very creative mind. First of all, how were those gases there? Someone must have created it. God. Stuff doesn't just appear.

=D Doesn't that make sense? Ok, now, let's get a lil more complicated.

Scientists say that man evolved from monkeys or whatever their creative mind came up with. Well, it has been proven that over time, living beings only lose genetic material, constantly. Therefore, evolution cannot be possible. The human body is so complex, there is no way it just "evolved" from something. A project called GENOMA, just recently finished their research. Their task: make a complete mapping of the human DNA. Many countries joined forces to complete this project, each taking a body part, like arm, leg, or whatever, and finding out the DNA code for it. Germany was in charge of the human eye. At the end of the project, they said that the human eye was so complex, that there was NO WAY it could have evolved from some other animal. It's a fact. Scientists researched and wrote it down. Aren't they contradicting themselves now? Ok, I believe I made a point on this one. Mankind did not evolve. God made man in His image.

Ok, now back to the big bang stuff. The NASA has been measuring the distance from the Earth to the moon, and it's a fact that every year the moon gets further and further away from the Earth. Fact. It's been proven. It's also a mathematical equation. So, if we take that mathematical equation, and do it backwards, we come up with how long since the earth and the moon we're almost touching. The calculations say something about 10 thousand years. It can't be more than that, otherwise the moon would have been rolling around on the earth.

Also, it's possible to calculate the rate of aging of the Earth. Every year, scientists calculate the rate at which the Earth is aging. It's roughly the same. If we then backtrack how long since the Earth was relatively "new", the calculations vary from 10 to 12 thousand years. It's fact.

Also, the population of the Earth. Today, we have roughly 6.5 billion people alive. Populations, increase in a mathematical progression. In other words, there will always be more people alive today, than there are people dead. Fact. It's not possible to have more people dead than alive. Draw a sketch of a simple family tree, and you'll stumble upon the same conclusion. So, if we backtrack how long since the beggining of population, the results say somewhere between 10 to 12 thousand years.

Every fact that we can backtrace, falls upon the same range. 10 to 12 thousand years. In other words, the Earth is relatively new, not millions of years old as some scientists say.

So, why would scientists not agree with this? Why would they come up with these ridiculous theories about some big bang or whatever? The answer is simple. At the very moment that they agree that there is an all-powerful being, a God, that created everything we know, they realize all their sins. At the moment they realize their sins, they know that they'll have to eventually have a commitment and a close relationship with God. They don't want any commitments to anyone. So what's the easy way out? Make up some random theories that we evolved from monkeys and that the Earth just happens to have been created randomly by a Big Bang, that they themselves can't explain how it supposedly happened.

I sincerely hope this has opened your eyes to the truth. Thanks for reading this, and I really hope that you now accept the commitment that God wants you to have with Him. If you're already commited with God, then I hope this text has restrengthened your faith.

God Bless all of you, and have a great day.

Is it really sound to believe in God? Most in the science or atheist community dismiss the belief of God as simply man-made, or just what the ignorant masses of people cling to in order to explain the unknown. Is that really so? And where is the proof?

"His invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world's creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made."_Rom 1:20

Ps. 104:24: "How many your works are, O Jehovah! All of them in wisdom you have made. The earth is full of your productions."_Ps 104:24
Although most people seriously doubt the Bible's credibility, it does bring up a very valid point found in Hebrews 3:4 where it says that: "Of course, every house is constructed by someone, but he that constructed all things is God." We all know that if we saw a house we would conclude that there must be a builder that built it. We know the house just didn't pop out of nowhere. Surely it has a maker to have it come into existence. Many creations are what many would call "instinctively wise" such as birds and other creatures which can travel long distances and yet find their destination without a compass or map like we would be able to! It's one way creation reflects the wisdom of the Maker. When you get to learn the unique and often complex creations man has discovered and yet has to discover, it reaffirms my belief that there is an all-wise Creator.
Although we can't see God that doesn't automatically rule him out as imaginary. We can't see air, but we can see the effects of wind on a windy day. Clearly God's creation is clear evidence of his existence. In addition we have God's word the Bible. No other book contains prophecies that have all come true so far and are awaiting fufillment in the near future. Lastly, unlike animals, humans were created with a "spiritual need" and what benefit to those who are conscious of it!_ Matthew 5:3. Since God created all things in his image, it would make sense that humans would have a capacity for spiritual things. Just as we are eqipped with an immune system we also come wiith a conscience that can help us make the right decisions if trained properly. So by the evidence above I can have faith in his existence by reflecting on his creation and his word the Bible of all his great acts and who he is. That is all the evidence I need.

When you can heal a dreaded disease in 2 days When you can travel 67 Km with an empty tank of gas. When the internet works like it is now I have not paid bills for 6 months and the co cuts the line if it is not paid next month. When I am to die God's people come to save me and I am saved. When I can talk to my wife who is far away in UK and I am in India through Telepathy . When i can go and see my wife every evening give her a hug and a kiss. I do not think there is a choice for me to believe it or not. Look at this I have arranged USD 2 billion to construct Hospitals. But for a reason which I know the Lord has no allowed access to this money for over 7 months now even though this money is in the Bank What more proof do you Want??????

There is too much perfection and beauty in the universe to not believe. If you check out the web site at the end of this (copy and paste it to your address line) it will take you from the furthest reaches of space to the inner world of a leaf. Worlds within worlds, universes within universes. And these worlds are only those that we can perceive. Who knows how much more there is out there that we cannot perceive.

I believe in God because I think there must be a creator of all this. I don't believe it's an accident....just a bunch of atoms that happened to get together. It's too magnificent to just be random. I don't know who or what God is, but that there is a Creator I have no doubt. Can you look at a flower or a tree, a sky full of stars, a dazzling sunset - and I mean really look, look with your whole being - and doubt?

I believe in god because of the followers of god. The proof is his

followers and their deeds. Their are people who are so kind, care

for a complete stranger, and forgive others. No matter who they

are even if it's their enemy.Even Napoleon admitted that Jesus is

the most influential man in history. There are events that

happened in the bible that are proved. Like the site of Jericho was

uncovered. Also the Noah's ark is said to have been found in

turkey. But there are more to name. The point I am stating is that

you must believe in god. No matter if theirs alot of proof or

not.Only by faith you could believe in God. We will all believe in

God in judgment day. That's when it will be to late to change our

beliefs towards God. I am not a bible expert. But somewhere in

the book of psalms it talks about only a fool does not believe in

God. I don't mean to offend anybody. But it's in the Bible. Without

God I would Be alive for nothing. May all of you have a chance to

believe in God. Read the bible and then after reading all of it

answer the question. Do I believe in God?

There are proofs everywhere.... you just need to look harder...

for example, let's talk about science. previously, human history accepted the fact that an atom is the smallest thing until we started to discover the existences of electron, proton and neutron within the the atom itself. and when were they discovered?!

now, let's look at Allah's (god's) words in Al-quran (chapter 10, verse 61)

Yunus

And thou (Muhammad) art not occupied with any business and thou recitest not a Lecture from this (Scripture), and ye (mankind) perform no act, but We are Witness of you when ye are engaged therein. And not an atom's weight in the earth or in the sky escapeth your Lord, nor what is less than that or greater than that, but it is (written) in a clear Book. (61)

this revelation was sent down more than 1400 years ago and Allah clearly stated there are something less than an atom's weight. Allah knows best...

well, i can come up with several other examples if you wish...

There is plenty of proof but this is the land of Maya or illusion. IF one does not want to know God then He makes sure you don't. Krishna says in the Bhagavad -Gita. "I am the sources of all remembrance and forgetfulness." So if you don't want to believe He has His material energy put her veils of illusion over your consciousness so you don't see Him though He is everywhere and even in your heart. When one becomes a sincere seeker of God then He gradually reviles Himself as the person proves his sincerity. Its a very simple process. The quickest way to have the veils of illusion removed it to chant the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance of the Hare Krishna Mantra. But one must be sincere.

well Ive pondered for years, the evidence to me, scientificly minded I am, is the answer to the question where or how did the matter in this world come from, or how did it come about for the creation of life on this planet, the whole design. Where is the origin of true existance of it all. Most scientists and physicians Ive talked to believe in a creator just because of being around the design of life.

I read the bible, and after that, I started questioning Christianity. As I learned more history, I went back and re-read the bible. Around that time I became Agnostic. Mainly because the definition of a god contradicts what God does in the bible. (No god would ever have to kill). Since then I have read more and more, like Sam Harris's books and Richard Dawkins books. Now I am Atheist and worry everyday that people believe in a "vengeful" god. Scares the crap out of me. No god would ever have to be labeled vengeful!!!
