Yes.

Almost all Catholics world wide attend the "new" Mass in their own language as directed by the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965).

"novus ordo" as in 'New Order'? is that what you meant? I'm Catholic and to be completely honest, i've never even heard of the term before..
