No one can really answer that question. It is all up to God. And if he feels like it is time for that person to be with him then he is going to take that person for a reason. We will not know why until we meet them up in heaven. Only God knows the reason why he is taking that person. It could be God doesn't want to see them suffer any more. Or that God is trying to make you stronger. We just need to learn to accept these things and think of it as a blessing. They will be in a better place than here on earth. They won't be suffering when they go to heaven. Just keep the faith and keep praying. God can perform miracles. If you need to get involved in a small Bible Study group. They can help you ease the pain. But you need to be strong. May God Bless You and your family. And may God heal your brother.

Sweets, God has a plan. As a Christian you may not agree with but every one who comes into this world is divine in nature. We all come from God. Because we are all part and parcel of God himself. The Lord is like the ocean. All water evaporates and comes to us and then through rivers and underground rivers goes back into the Ocean. All this water does not have a smooth flow back to the ocean. It goes over Rocks in drais in river bends and so on and so forth Same way we have Sins that we commit and some of us have less of sins to address. There is no Jesus who pardons our sins.We sin, We pay. Your Gran ma Your Gran pa your brother are all good people but they have a little debt to repay they repay in terms of misery and then they are off to take rebirth if they have pending debt or they merge with the Lord. this is the universal law. It has taken me 22 births to become what I have. Thank the the Lord that you had all good relatives. If you want to pray write to me I will tell you how to pray so you will be heard pahar763@yahoo.co.in

HE does not.
The Bible answers your question
(Ecclesiastes 9:11) I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all.
Rich people get killed....poor people die of cancer...babies die not having a chance to live....lovely old relatives die of old age....the worst people sometimes seem to have all the good things...time and unforeseen circumstances...

There are perhaps many reasons, most of which are in God's wisdom, not ours. One passage (i forget the exact scripture) in either Ecclesiastes or Proverbs, it says God takes the good to save them from evil.., in other words to save them from a greater evil down the road.., from a greater suffering.
And then there is the natural cycle of life and death. Can you imagine the misery we all would be in if no one here on Earth ever died? We would be starving, people from ancient days to now would be so crowded on this planet we would be standing shoulder to shoulder, maybe even stacked on top of one another.
We seldom think because of grief, and it really hurts to lose a loved one. But God knows what we face, what we will face, what he will allow us to go through and what he will not let happen to us. We simply cant see beyond the moment.

It was never God's intention for anyone to die.He created the first human pair perfect, designed them to live forever. He put them in a garden paradise. They were told to multiply and fill the earth.
However, due to them disobeying Jehovah they sinned and lost their perfect state. They began to age, grow old and they eventually died.As offspring of Adam and Eve we all inherit sin and imperfection and as a result we too age,get sick, grow old and die.
Because of His great love for mankind Jehovah allowed his only begotten Son Jesus to come to earth as a human and offer up that perfect human life as a ransom sacrifice to buy back for mankind what Adam(also a perfect man)had lost. Therefore, everyone who exercises faith in Christ and Jehovah God has a wonderful hope of eternal life in God's new system of things, which he promises to usher in soon. All wickedness will be removed. All the dead will be resurrected. You can have the hope of seeing all your dead loved ones again.
Go to your local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. They have a accurate and thorough understanding of the Bible and will help you to understand that God loves us and wants only the best for us.Jehovah's Witnesses will even conduct a free home bible study with you.

Everyone has their time. It's difficult for the ones left behind to live without their loved ones, but this is life. There's no real "help" for this situation other than understanding this is the way it is. Your loved ones will always live in your heart.
Many blessings to you during this very difficult time.

My condolences; that must be very difficult to deal with. I suppose God wants them for His own devices; maybe there are some folk out there who need some guardian angels. I know it's not much, but I hope you get through this difficult time safely.

Life is life. It's not known how long we will live. Everyone dies eventually. No one 'takes' them, they just die. The thing to do in order to make it bearable, is to make this life as meaningful as possible.
