im 20, and my boyfriend is 28...
hes much more mature than any other of my friends' boyfriends, has a good job, etc... but sometimes i wish he was a little less experienced! (many girlfriends, soo many trips, many memories, and now wants to settle down, hes very peaceful now)
my friends' boyfriends are all 20 or 21, and have different priorities, theyre always partying, going on trips, no real job yet... kind of immature, not a serious relationship
what is better....
a) older and experienced but mature,
or
b) young like you, living things at the same time u are living them, but really immature

They both have their advantages and disadvantages, but honestly in my opinion I would want older, etc. But not too much older. The is just my personal preference. Age is really just a number, so their are guys that are the same age and are mature. They are just hard to find lol. As long as the guy cares and respects me along with a pretty decent relationship I'm happy. But younger guys are just immature, usually. Their are always exceptions!!!

I hear ya honey!!! I'm a 31 yo gay male and have ALWAYS been into 35-40 year old men, not only do they have all the great life experience you talked about, but do they ever know what they're doing in the sack! I'll take a hunky 40 year old in good shape over ANY 20 year old ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!!!! Oh what fun!

Older and mature. But not so mature that his experiences and point in life is far out of sync with mine. I would prefer no more than 5 years older than me unless everything else checks out like similiar interests, etc...

I personally prefer older, mature men. There's nothing worse than dating an immature guy especially since us girls mature earlier than they do and some of them never do.

Im 35 my fiance is 25, age doesnt matter as long as you have chemistry and alot in common. Ive dated men 10yrs older than me that were much more immature and childish then my fiance is. Age is a number, unless its illegal.
