What kind of seamstress do you have??? Never heard of hot gluing buttons on a shirt... Guess maybe I live under a rock?

Tie a string or ribbon around the neck of the bottle and put a nail in the wall. Put string around nail. Done.

you shoud hang it angled from left to right(top/bottom) and use super glue on 3 spots of the bottle(top/middle/bottom) and hold it to the wall for about 3 minutes...use hot glue(the type you would use to do buttons for shirts on such)
