What is Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger?

I was trying to get an email address for a program in yahoo called e-cards, when I got a message saying this is a microsoft error from dr, watson postmorten debugger. Is this a trogan virus?

It's an application that catches serious errors from Windows applications so that you can try to debug them. Since I never debug commercial windows stuff I've disabled that and told it never to save the physical image which just wastes 2Gb of disk space with a file that's only of interest to MS techheads.
