Yah...Go to My Computer and then go to the C: Drive..then make a shortcut to your desktop so it is there when you need it.

It starts life in start-accessories but I usually copy it to the desktop and the top level menu. You can also run it with the start-run command.

But at the end of the day Windows also has hidden sytem files, but you can tell it to show those in the options. But even then it has a way of concealing files whoch is hooked into the o/s at the lowest level, Windows is deliberately blind to some of its own files, it will never admit they are there, that is the root of the Sony/BMG rootkit for which they were sued.

Yes, it's called Explorer. Just right-click on "START".
