It's Sura 54 called Al-Qamar (the moon).

The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder (the people of Makkah requested Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon).[1] And if they see a sign, they turn away, and say: "This is continuous magic."[2] They belied (the Verses of Allâh - this Qur’ân), and followed their own lusts. And every matter will be settled (according to the kind of deeds: good deeds will take their doers to Paradise, and similarly evil deeds will take their doers to Hell).[3]

assalamo alaikum
You will find it in surah " alnajm" aya #1.
"The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder." (An-Najm: 1)

Imam al-Bukhari reported on the authority of `Abdullah who said: "The moon was cleft asunder while we were in the company of the Prophet, and it became two parts. The Prophet said, “Witness, witness (this miracle)."
