whats a split skirt?

A split skirt can either be a skirt that has a split.hehe. Or it could be a, oh how do you spell it, kulote?? hehe, sorry if the spelling is wrong. A kulote is a skirt that has two large splits on each side and has shorts underneath sewed in. I use one in Athletics. Very useful.

Im not pentacostal but, a split skirt is a skirt that is like gauchos, its like a pair of pants that come down below the knee but looks like a skirt they are used for riding astride a horse back in the old days, when most women were only allowed to ride side saddle

a split skirt is also called culottes....kind of like full shorts that look like a skirt, that go to the knee, usually.

I am not Pentecostal. I am just older than dirt, so I know this one, and the person that said Culottes is right. I think they are also called Skorts.
