I just made a 13 pounder today. It took me 4 hours STUFFED. I would have made it in 3 hours if it was not stuffed.
the rule is 1 hour per 4 lbs of bird. (and an hour more if stuffed) At 325* but I forgot to lower it from 350* after preheat and it still came out well.

On TV this morning I saw them recommend that you put the oven to 325 and cook the turkey covered with light foil for 15 minutes per pound, and it will reach a temperature of 170. But, the turkey package should have instructions on there for you and a chart based on size. (Also, this would be different if you're stuffing the turkey!)

15 minutes per pound at 325 degrees if unstuffed, so your bird would take around 3 hours and 15minutes. is you stuffed your turkey, give it 20 minutes per pound to cook. 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Rule of thumb is an hour for every 4 lbs., so you're a little over 3 hours.

I put mine in at midnight on Wednesday and pulled it out at seven am and had it covered with aluminum foil and it came out falling off the bone and it was delicious and the same with the ham but I only had the oven at 300 degrees! everyone loved it and boy are we all paying for it now!!! I made 3 pumpkin pies and potato salad and mashed potato's and gravy damn good eats!!! Always remember to cook your meat on a lower heat and a longer time and it will always come out falling off the bone!!
