Trust just like respect is not something that is handed to you in a relationship it is earned. This is your proving ground now, a second chance in a sense, you earn trust by being trust worthy. Show her you can be trusted and won't lie again unless you want a nose like Pinocchio! : ^ )

The first step... don't lie again. If she catches you again, it makes it that much harder to trust again. It's going to take time to trust you again, but if you do little things, she'll start to again. For example, when you're out with "the boys", text her a little message to let her know that you're thinking about her. Or maybe take a weekend off from partying and spend it with her. It's just little things that will help you get her trust back.

Be truthful about everything, it is going to take some time for her to completely trust you again but show her it can happen. But dont let her be possessive and want to know your every move. If you forgive someone for lying then you have to let it go! You cant hold it over there head.

ur dum then lol. show her a way she can trust you. like have 1 of ur friends bring over a tape of nude girls. and u close ur eyes right when ur gf walks in and have ur bf say come on dude watch and u say noo i love my gf too much. lol good luck.

You need to see what you need to do to make her listen to you first. Then you need to ask her what you need to do to get her to trust you. Keep doing that and it will work. I promise! Good Luck.
