My tooth enamels are so thin, my teeth often break, and its really sensitive, is there something that can be done like polishing or something to help it?

I don't think you can thicken the enamel layer.

Thats seems like a problem and you should see a dentist as soon as possible. He will probably recommend that you get a crown or a laminate depending on which tooth/teeth it is. If it is an anterior, a tooth in the front of your mouth, then i would recommend a porcelain laminate. It will look just like your regular teeth, will act almost like a protective shell in your case and should solve your problem.

wow they break? that has to hurt, ow. I would suggest maybe they can put bonding on some of the sensitive areas to build up the teeth and cover sensitive spots that's the cheapest thing, but probably you should consider veneers or crowns.

A good dentist can apply a veneer to your teeth, to make them stronger and also look better.
