Eat a light meal about an hour before drinking... Be sure to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, but not in excess... You can also try to avoid mixing too many drinks.. Keep the drinks light in order to avoid bloating... Quick shots of liquor spanned over a couple hours should work best.... Good luck!

There are two very simple ways I know of.
1.. Don't drink alcohol if it makes you sick.
2. Stop drinking to the point of vomiting.

The ONLY solution is to drink less. Drinking water, eating food, etc only work because they slow down your intake of alcohol.
Eating butter, drinking standing up, eating hot dogs, none of this matters. What matters is taking less alcohol into your system

Vitamin B6 helps with hangovers and I've heard it also helps with getting sick. But if you are vomiting that often then you are either drinking too much or you are allergic.

Just drink tons of water either while you're still drinking,or right after you drink, like before you go to sleep. Take a few tylenol, and rest for a while. You'll feel fine.

Dont drink so fast. Don't drink on an empty stomach. If you have mixed drinks, stick to mixed drinks for the night. If you decide to drink beer, stick w/ beer...don't mix!!

A lot of gas stations have "hangover prevention pills" by various names. Basically, they're just active yeast pills. I took them every day when I was in a band and on the road. I never got sick.

moderation, the type of food eaten while drinking, or drinking lots of booze for years as a conditioning ritual are the only ones i know of.
