i belive in spirits but not ghosts i saw a spirit before

i don't believe if there were such a thing my father would have came down and help me when things where bad in my life

I used to never believe in ghosts or spirits but one day my friends took me to this "haunted church and cemetary" up in Michigan. I saw a figure of a little girl up in the bell tower. I became a believer after that. If you want to know more you can watch Ghost Hunters on tha Sci-Fi channel, or Most Haunted on the Travel Channel, there is one more called The Haunting but I can't remember what channel it is on. It might answer some questions for you.

They are both out there. Ghost haunt someone or something. Depending on what happened to them. Spirits are love ones, or someone letting you know that. they are alright and doing okay. Or something is about to happen.

I believe in both. I have never witnessed either of them but Ive heard a lot of stories! I mean when you look this good who would lie to you?

dude there the same thing! and ive seen my grandfather b4. He used to live with me + my fam for a short time and when he died i moved into his room and one night there were like creeking floorboards in my room, my heart started to race and i whipped the covers off my head...and he just winked at me, and he was gone. O and i wasnt dreaming either it was real!
