It Feels like it's me but i cant be sure. we do have great communication skills and we are very open, but it seems like whenever we talk, it's kinda upsetting. we either both get upset by what we say, and it takes a while for us to be happy again.

Improve Communication and Open up more. And the attitudes...let them change...just let the 2 of you be yourselfs. And lastly...if conflict occurs try not to avoid it...say sorry to eachother...don't ever avoid conflict..conflict makes a relationship Stronger.

A "heart to heart talk" is important to keep the relationship. Understanding, patience and respect should be present in ur talk. After all, if u honestly love one another, that "love" will heal the "wounds." Stay happy!!!
