I have the same problem, and Herbal Essences for color treated hair works great, because it is really intensive, but also never leaves my hair greasy, it is always like silk! Also, I only use Johnson's Baby shampoo, because it is gentle on my strands!

Redken Clear Moisture is a good lightweight shampoo and conditioner that will give you moisture and shine without making it greasy or weighing it down. You should have the ends trimmed every couple of months- even if it's a quarter of an inch- because once the ends start splitting, they continue to keep splitting all the way up the hair shaft. Another product you could try is Redken Vinyl Glam. It is a lightweight spray shine, it will help control the fly aways, add shine, and smooth down the cuticle helping to prevent breakage
