Yes, variations in skin color, especially in these areas are normal. There are things that can be done, minimally speaking, but I do not know if the discomfort and the expense involved, that would be likely, would be worth it.

There are creams and even laser and photo treatments available from a dermatologist. If it really bothers you discuss it with your doctor and perhaps s/he can either talk about options or refer you to a dermatologist who might be able to help you explore what is possible.

Really, though, it is not a big deal unless it changes a lot or it is a big problem to you.

D.B;,Smirnoff and Alla are all right.Since the vagina arm pits always remain bereft of sunlight they assume that hue. In sunbathing the portions of body kept covered tend to be darker in hue compared to the neighbouring skin.So do not worry about it.Do not go in for bleach. It may brining about a change but which would only be short-lived.

usually it is normal to have darker skin in a place where the sun don't shine. but providing you consult a skin doctor, you might have some relief to your question. regarding the vaginal extra skin, that can be removed surgically (by expert cosmetic surgeons) only. consult your nearest doctor' consulting yahoo would be a bit embarassing isn't it?
