If a psychic tells you something should you really believe that it will come to past or just the opposite?

It is your belief that will help bring it to pass, or not. A psychic only reads what they see. Nothing they say (and legitimate psychics know this and will tell you) is carved in stone. You always have the power to change what you don't like; the power is yours.

It would depend on the credibility of the Psychic. Normally, I just consider such things as possible...

You see, it is possible for a " psychic " to read the future. How ever, this reading is based on current events. Now, since the " psychic " has told you what's going to happen, you will act differently than you would have if you weren't told. In such, changing the sequence of events that would have lead to your predicted future. Instead, becoming something else entirely.

Psychics in double blind tests have actually proven they have no such gift. They tend to be discerning individuals who know people. Skilled psychics are superb at their craft and con their sitters for a pretty good living. They are able to read bodily and facial cues that you unknowingly provide. They are very clever at getting information out of you to use in their predictions about you. It is a very superb con. I marvel at the skill of some of these. There are legions of gullible people for them to fleece. My advice, don't be one of them.

The Bible warns us to have nothing to do with psychics.

Then there is the example in the bible of a girl who had the power to foresee events. And made her masters a lot of money.

(Acts 16:16-19) And it happened that as we were going to the place of prayer, a certain servant girl with a spirit, a demon of divination, met us. She used to furnish her masters with much gain by practicing the art of prediction. 17 This [girl] kept following Paul and us and crying out with the words: “These men are slaves of the Most High God, who are publishing to YOU the way of salvation.” 18 This she kept doing for many days. Finally Paul got tired of it and turned and said to the spirit: “I order you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And it came out that very hour. 19 Well, when her masters saw that their hope of gain had left, they laid hold of Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace to the rulers,

It can very well come to be, but it is dis-obeying God.

You should keep an open mind as they use their intuition to base their reading on and so it can be hit and miss. Be intuitive as well and interpret their reading as you see fit.
