should i come out and tell my now ex that i didnt tell im the whole truth about my docs vist, should i tell him the real reason i broke up with him?? i broke up with him cuz i have 65% chance of having a tumor in my head and 50 50 chance of dieing or making it.i broke up with him so he could find a healthy girl who can give him everything and so he doesnt have to worry about his gf dieing. Sweetheart, you were being selfless, like I said before, but you need someone to help you through this. it isn't your fault. You're a beautiful and strong woman and I believe that in some form, a miracle will happen for you. Either way, stay strong. You have every right to feel upset, abd doing this, well... it shows you just what a wonderful person you are. He'll find out tho. When he does, he migh be mad at you for not telling him, or he might be stunned. I think you need either him or your family to help you through this. Stay strong, keep a strong mind. Only you can answer what is right or wrong for you. But if I was in your situation, your b/f deserves to know the truth. Let him make up his mind if he wants to stick by you with your illness. It's not fair to cut him off without even knowing the truth.
How would you feel if he had done this to you? You would want to know for sure.
I'm sure you will do the right thing.

You should tell him the truth. If he cares for you having a 50-50 chance of dying shoudln't affect what he thinks of you.
