Honestly. 3 Words...... WATER, EXERCISES, & DIET!!!!! Trust me!!! On Jan 3rd, 2006 I weighed in @ 266lbs. By May 3rd 2006 I weighed in @ 213 lbs. I exercised 6 days a week (1.0-1.5 hrs ) My workout consisted of lots of cardio (treadmill, rowing machine, ellipitcal, & stepping) If u can't get to the gym order some fitness dvd's (Billy Blanks or Celebrity Fit Club) Gotta love that Harvey!!!. I also did weight training. I drank lots of water & changed my diet. I ate more veggies, lean meats, & WATER!!!! Don't waste ur money on people wanting u to PAY THEM!!! for some weight loss tips. If u want buy a couple of magazines (Fitness, Shape etc..) Incorporate your own little diet & workout plan. IT WORKS!!!

Lots of salads, mixed with tuna fish in water. If it sends you to the bathroom at least 3 times per day, you are losing weight.

No fried foods or oils, chicken without skin baked.

No junk food, buy oranges, apples, pears, bananas and grapes as a substitute for junk food.

Exercise by doing power walks.
