I am in the same situation its been over a month now i miss him like crazy .....still yep....but im at the stage where i can see where everything was turning to custard...i can see all the disadvantages of being with being with him..but most of all i miss the really nice tiems together.....it will hurt like crazy but keep busy..i know you wont be able to keep him out of your thoughts....you may get to the point where you are incredibly angry and frustrated with him.......we all grieve in different ways...but its like an onion it comes layer upon layer..its a big wound inside i am proud of you for not covering it up and hiding it with a big band aid...but one last thing if he comes back and you go out together again it is unlikely to work because there is a sence of betrayal there...so keep your head up and keep smiling ...dont let it dent you...

I no what you are going through and how deeply you are hurting I have been right where you are. It's a pain you can't stand for one more minute .I no you don't want to hear this but it really is true. The pain really does get essayer as time goes on..Don't let your ex see you sad .If he knows you are sitting at home broken hearted he won't want you back. You need to give him a reason to want you back. If you take my avise he well come back to you.,

There is no way to mend a broken heart except with time. You will heal, it will just take some time.

Rule of thumb is this....if you dated him for 6 months, it will take you 6 months to get over him. You need to keep yourself busy with your friends and things you enjoy, so you don't think about him. Too much idle time isn't good when your in this fragile state. Get out and have some fun.

My niece has just been dumped by her boyfriend. He wrote her an email, would you believe!!!!! I told her to go round to his house and beat him round the head with a wet fish (an old smelly one). She's gone down to London instead with some friends who are taking her out to cheer her up. Personally, I think the wet fish would've got all the anger out of her and made him stink for weeks, but there you go. I suppose a couple of nights out might do it just as well.
Keep smiling, it'll get better with time. (Or there's always the wet fish!)

You must go out with your friends, the relationship was not meant to be, eventually your pain will start to heal. There will be someone out there who will love you and not leave you and cause you all the hurt and sadness, go out and find him, good luck.

There is never a simple answer to this, it feels like a big chunk has gone missing from you and your life. Only time will make it feel better, you can talk which helps, but time is the best healer!

There is no remedy....don't allow people to rush your grieving process. I promise you----one day you will get sick of being sick from a broken heart and the tides will change.
