I wanna lose 5-10 pounds...and turn it into muscle....I'm not over weight...i wanna do this to feel better about myself and ...i feel if I can get rid of these few problem spots....i can improve my indurance and speed...and duration...when I play soccer. Help...be reasonable...cause i do have things to do...school, homework, family, sports...Thanx
