I wanna lose 5-10 pounds...and turn it into muscle....I'm not over weight...i wanna do this to feel better about myself and ...i feel if I can get rid of these few problem spots....i can improve my indurance and speed...and duration...when I play soccer. Help...be reasonable...cause i do have things to do...school, homework, family, sports...Thanx

Exercise:

1. Jog - as long as you can without making yourself sick or weak and try to increase the distance you run when it starts getting easy
2. Sit-ups - they work your abs and make you look skinnier
3. Weights - for every pound of muscle, you burn 30 more calories per day and lift 60% of the maximum weight you can lift

Food:

1. Fruits - yummy and healthy
2. Veggies - yucky but healthy
3. Fish - very good for you
4. Meat - if you like slottering innocent animals, meat is good for you
5. Tofu - for people who dont like slottering innocent animals
6. Dairy - 3 low fat servings a day helps reduce stomach fat
7. NO POP - makes you fat even if it says diet
8. Avoid Junk Food

30 min of exercise per day of biking, walking, or swimming and do this 3 times a week (or everyday, that depends on you).

Reduce excessive salt from packaged food... go fresh!

An increase of exercise means an increase in water intake too!
Monitor yourself and don't be discouraged if the weight doesn't disappear but the muscle mass takes it place!

High protein and low carbs.....or a lot of good carbs... ie Fruit.....I lost 5lbs in the first week of doing it......but you gotta make it strict......as in protein shakes etc
