I need help with my dogs!!!! Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the dog whisperer?!?!?

If you do get ahold of him, please choke him so he gets a taste of how he treats dogs.
Seriously though, please contact your vet and/or local animal shelter and ask them for advice. Once you get words of wisdom from them, ask if they know of a good trainer in your area. Make sure they use POSITIVE ONLY training! Choke collars, prong collars, shock collars and anything negative or painful for the dog, is going to cause them to associate your words with pain, and will be afraid of you. Shock collars can also cause serious, life-long neurological damage.

If you can't get a hold of him, which you probably won't be able to, look for a trainer in your area that is recommended by your dog's vet.
I also do email consultations for basic obedience and problem behaviors.
